SMH RESPONDS I have run across several examples of O Scale bulldozers and kits to build you own.
Wiseman Model Services at http://www.locopainter.com/store/product.php?id=85 for instance has several cast metal kits. They seem to be reasonable priced and the detail looks good.
I also found an O Scale bulldozer on eBay you might like to look at in an eBay store called Joytoys.
I was unable to dig out the item number (eBay is changing) but it came up in a Google search with the keyword O Scale bulldozer.
